why not just rasterize the text layer then the eraser will do whay you want. Or use the clone tool to copy the swathe of fish to a layer above the text.
  2. Google search for vector logo files

I use ".pdf whatever .pdf" works great. Now what I need is a reliable tool for cracking the protected pdfs to get that blasted logo. I have to add to that that I almost always add security to my own .pdf proofs.

Watch that email promotion. I did the same to my customers, only a thousand emails. Somehow my domain got flagged as a spammer and my proofs started getting bounced back. Nice clear message though. Gets the message across quickly.

  14. New Mimaki CJV-30-130 or Roland VP-540?

I'm also very interested in this topic. I was drooling over that valuejet until I visited a friend and he talked up the Roland. I guess the issues is the Mimaki is an unproven cut system, where the roland has been working and tweaking for years.

  18. Preventing customer proof theft

but signproof pro sends the file as an attachment? the only issue I have with secure .pdf is that some customers cant take attachments because of email restrictions in many companies.
