If you have a good media and a good profile the problem is usually PF adjustment. You will probably need to perform the PF (page feed) calibration on your printer:

Got you gamerxr72 !! The initial picture confused the hell out of me. Yes, the Y axis pulley you have it is made of plastic and after a few years the plastic shaft separates. The new pulley stile it is aluminum made and should last longer. Pretty easy to replace, just like any other machine...

Sounds like the pads on the capping station are swelled up cross contaminating the color side. You can peel of the top layer of pad on the capping station or just replace the capping assembly and be done with it. Good Luck!
