Whoever installs should drill 1/4'' holes though the panel. Then use 1/4 x 20 bolts and drop a large washer over the bolt on the screen side. So that it can't pull through.
If it is really a short term idea. Then, a banner is their better bet. BUT. I know how these kind of people think. And their "short term" idea will be up there for decades. Also... you should re-design so that the red and black are not touching....It looks bad.
I used to spray paint and airbrush window perf a lot. Just be careful you don't separate the release liner from the vinyl, with air pressure and cause over-spray to stick to the adhesive side.
I used to cut designs out of sandblast mask for a client who would mold them into a concrete counter top. And then he would remove the mask, and pour in another colored substance. And have kind of an inlay-ed look.
In my experience. Laminated perf on auto windows really needs to sit in the sun for a couple of days, so it will tighten up and lay flat. After that it looks great.
Just a thought here. With the GS-15. You can send a job to the plotter in either "Cut Plot" or "Pen Plot". So if you had a swivel blade, just use pen plot.
It's in my book

oops I just reread your post and I may have replied too quickly. Are you...
It looks and sounds like they don't want to loose much of the "Petina" You may be able to just clean it and have it brighten up. And see how they like that.
