Over the last month our VJ1604 has run unbelievably well on inks. To the point now that the cartridges come up C 7 M 18 Y 1 K 14 Normally these can register 20% and then suddenly go to empty. Do I have a problem or am I being paranoid! Or have I knocked a ink monitor off? Thanks SC

I have been told by a few different sources that my machine can/cannot take the 440ml cartridges. I noticed the latest 1614 have the cartridges on top of the machine and they are the 440ml. Can someone clear this question up for me as I can save money if I can fit 440ml cartridges. Thanks All Sean

Is it possible to knock the media sensors off on my VJ1604? I am sick of the machine saying media end when there is polenty material in the machine. I have covered the sensor with a bit of vinyl but this eventually comes off!!! SC
