The tip of your blade is broken off. Also, there should be a cap on the cutting end of the blade holder with a hole in to limit the amount of blade exposed. That's missing. Again, not really the main problem here, but definitely a problem. Get a new blade and blade holder.

That I can't tell you. The machines ship with the standard roller installed - this is the roller that sits right above the vinyl roll. You have to swap it out for the foam roller (that absorbs the plasticizer.) I've not had any customers tell me that it works or doesn't. Sorry.

You may still have issues with your system. Does your hardware check out? Are you using a local hard drive for your files or a Network drive. Make sure everything is stored locally on the RIP computer. Good Luck

You should be able to have Production Manager open as long as it's barcode server is not running. Turn it off in Flexi and give it a try. Good Luck

The T120 is a vinyl cutter. You'd need a router to do that. I'm betting someone on here knows of a vendor for those things or a merchant member on here that can make whatever you want, but it's not something I would recommend a plotter for. Good Luck
