I would think that oil-based Rustoleum would be OK. Just roll on, leave dry a day, then apply vinyl. You can tape off the area with blue painter's tape so the patch is nice and straight. Remove that right after painting. Latex based paint will flake right off....and vinyl will not stick to...

I have been in this business for 29 years, and I have never done a job for a client without first nailing down a price, getting a deposit, etc. It seems really odd to me. Also, I base my work on a per job basis, not with the dangling carrot of more vehicles waiting.

Besides that, it is eminently more satisfying than watching a machine chug away. I think the sharpness of the corners and the details would be better, anyway, done by hand. Looking great. Love....Jill

Try to find a used Gerber with its software (Graphix Advantage or Omega) I do not think a Graphtec is strong enough. Gerber can use ai files. Love.....Jill
