I've been doing ketogenic for a year as of the first week of July. Lost a lot of weight but what I am super happy about is my migraines are better and I am off all the GERD meds I've had to take for years. I do lazy keto which means I don't actually weigh or measure anything, I just keep it...
If you get nicks in the edges, you can "sharpen" the thing by running it against a wooden door frame or a piece of unpainted wood. learned that trick years ago.
Yes, you could apply white translucent over the print.
Back to the how long will it last question. Prints depend on a lot of factors including the type of print, exposure to light and such so hard to say. If you use UV resistant clear polycarb and print on the back, it will most likely last...
I got it and agree that anyone who might have thought the OP said $32.50 for a wrap is pretty stupid and worse yet, the person wanted a discount on the $32.50. No need to go off on each other like some have. We all get these kinds of customers and this is our safe place to b*tch about it.
You would need to apply white to the entire backside, not just in the negative spaces. Have you seen painted faces done on clear? The image is painted and then the entire back is sprayed white. Same principal.
The one with the creek isn't horrid but the fonts are. What I don't think works with the other two is all the copy is the same length. The one with the creek is staggered and looks better. I'd change out the fonts and the colors and try working that one.
I start pulling the transfer tape from the knocked out areas of the letters/design. I spray the transfer tape in very small areas that I'm pulling off as the wet tape comes off easy that way. If you spray too far ahead of yourself, it will be a gummy mess.
Along the ocean in Maine, I've seen some of the most beautiful signs I've ever seen. I guess it depends on where in Maine you are and the type of signs being made. The reflective on wood I've seen done here too.
