13 oz banner, do it slightly smaller than the actual trailer (running it to the ground is a mistake). Screw it directly into the trailer with lath screws through the grommets. It will last for years.

That shouldn't be a big deal to install even if you do it with the cheapest vinyl you can buy. Installation will be easier on that than on a flat surface.

Dammit people...STOP TYING BANNERS UP BY THE CORNERS. There's a reason for the grommets all the way across the top. Tie your rope from pole A to pole B....then connect the banner to the rope. I suggest zip ties.
