Exactly. We started off at $120 for a box of 1000 full color cards which justified the design time we'd spend on them. Didn't take long before people wanted to nit-pick them, and add 80 lines of copy, and 17 phone numbers, and 4 pictures and then started whining that VistaPrint would print...

Lowering the pressure is good, the problem is that wind slits are a very ineffective method of doing it.

Here's the graphic I made several years ago that I send to customers explaining why I refuse to cut wind slits in a banner. On a 3' x 10' banner the reduction with wind slits is only 4% with 50 wind slits. Just not worth the minimal savings in my opinion. And because I'm bored...and...

Here we go again. Wind slits do virtually NOTHING to reduce the wind load on a banner. If it's that big and issue print mesh banner.

One thing to be wary of, in my experience black polymetal in direct sun warps horribly. I replaced two 4x8 signs that looked like somebody had wadded them up.

If it was clear acrylic wouldn't you be able to see where the mounting hardware was inserted? A chromed metal sign makes installing the faux lights easy.
