if vector use the vw colour swatch system but raster is down to profile providing the artwork is a real grey but didn't know the sc540 could run versaworks except a very special old one that has a dongle.

dont know which way round it was cut but the missing bits appear to be in alignment indicating a main cross cable issue can you hear or see it tap up and down
think the graduated halftone is a bitmap so vw unable to see through it.
think i would create two files first one the solid white background then the coloured file set as if it was printing on to white vinyl.
creating the two files with in a boundary box will keep them located the same so...
yes if the door gets knocked while its open can put it out of alignment and that procedure will correct it.
i did notice that the cart with the red spools cyan i think is misaligned centers so wont load,
all so check..are you sure the ribbon is threaded over the guide rollers correctly seam to...
think the signlab needs to be the print and cut version.
colourrip 2.2 wants to load a eps pdf jpeg.. if eps as well as vector and bitmap printing can contain the CutPath information as a named vector for cutting.
2.2 does not like the newer pdfs with some transparencies.
a sc540 pro2 can not...
see a faulty xc on here they want to sell make a good one out the two better the devil you know in my opinion. a fully working xc is a fabulous bit of kit.

we love the MD5 a B but we are in the UK as said laminate could be improved a little but as the overhaul performance being excellent we can forgive it that. been through a few others and happy to pay a little extra over others for proven performance.

as said humidity very low which will cause static issues which that fault looks like
interesting you are using middle rollers we only do that if printing heavy banner
if ink all over the board that the cables connect to the head fair bet thats your problem. i have a feeling that cleaning fluid damages it as well don't really know what to recommend i have cleaned one up with a old tooth brush but it must be bone dry. thought and care required.

really a xp program but i run it daily on a win7 pro have loaded it on to a win 10 pro but not had chance to test it works, looks like...
didn't notice what machine but on my roland the advantage of pushing the fluid through is you can see the spray pattern and any improvements you make instantly but at the risk if you push to hard you blow the seals in the head don't ask how i know.....
now i use a syringe with the plunger...
there is a standard windows print driver which when used with corel is basic and wonderful once you get your head round its simplicity its second nature. even use it for print contour cutting.
