I was a little pissed when I wrote it so wasn't in the right frame of mind. However just found out that the account manager no longer works there which was my biggest issue, so things hopefully will get better now.
One incident? I have about 50 emails of correspondence with them and several issues. What do they say? "Sorry that's our policy, we won't change it for you".
I've had countless issues with Fellers, but you didn't see my point of the post. I ordered something back on 8/30, got it, done. Now they are sending another one to me and charging me again for it and I never ordered it.
Just got an email that Fellers is shipping me an order from 08/30/2017 and adding a new invoice to my account. Why do they think they can just ship me whatever they want whenever they want and charge me for it. I should send it back with diarrhea in it.
If you do an overprint, it greatly helps but it will darken your colors more, so what I do is make the colors about 25% lighter so the darker makes it come out even. Never use clear with white ink, always use white translucent.
With X4 and X7, when you choose White 0,0,0,0 the printer knew it and didn't print anything.
However in X8, it tries to print white (I have a 4 color printer, no white ink), it prints an off-white color. When exporting, I can check the box for (convert spot colors to cmyk) and it works, but...
