  1. Tattoo shop logo.

Yup I personally hate blackletter stuff but thought maybe it might work? I told him the girls and fonts are interchangeable. He wants red and black in there somehow as well. :)
  2. Tattoo shop logo.

And while we're at it... For a pal, who loves gals, loves tattoos etc. Suggestions are welcome.
  3. Rough logo ideas for catering company.

OK changed the top two. (thanks for the emailed suggestion for #2) I'm trying to make it more embroidery friendly as I know he's getting shirts and aprons. #2 I think is where I'd like to keep it but I still want to display at least two suggestions to the guy. :thankyou:
  4. Rough logo ideas for catering company.

Like this? I hear you about the Papyrus and Scriptina! I think it may be getting too complicated for embroidery use though.
  5. Rough logo ideas for catering company.

Are these any better? I really appreciate the comments. The only one I didn't mess with was #3.
  6. Rough logo ideas for catering company.

Established business for over 30 years. Third owner, a chef, hates name and image. (see first pic) Wants to gear more towards the wedding catering crowd. This part of his business has really taken off. He hates the old image of this place, the name is kind of hokey. Their initial logo used...

  9. avery vs Oracal

The 651 works great. I wouldn't accept a gift of free Avery for life. Only use it if you like getting a vynull failure. Love....Jill
  10. Do you people actually like Corel?

The classes I took at AIP are now obsolete, we learned everything by hand. The computer program I first learned to make signs on was Graphix Advantage 6.2, man that was such a pain. I started Corel in 2005 and I really hated it at first until I saw what it can do. I'm now on X5, which is...
  11. Organic Lawn Care

Oh so much better. I prefer the bottom one.
  12. Its critique time.

I think your customer (after paying you, of course) needs to be beaten about the head and shoulders with a 10# bag of rotten potatoes. Love....Jill
  13. Before & After on myself.

Thanks for the suggestion, Bob, I appreciate your taking time to help. I like the retro look of your HARDWARE I did have one hammer initially but to him two hammers were better than just one! hahaha Tyrant, I have tried the 3M stuff and not liked it. I did use RR for the residue, no prob. It's...

Read the b as a p but other than that it looks earthy and organic. Love....Jill

I don't like using the True Value script with a script. But it has to be on the door. Someone on another forum said they use a simple tea kettle full of hot water to aid in vinyl removal...I am gonna try that with the other side.
  17. little league pee wee banner

^I thought that too Bob. I love PeeWee.
  18. Before & After on myself.

If I could re-do it it would be along the lines of this thing. I do appreciate the critique and agree with it. I don't like the golden yellow that much but these are his colors.
  19. little league pee wee banner

While I admire your effort, most of the message is completely lost due to lack of contrast. I would have done the player names in a sans serif font too, not a script, and made them fit onto the baseballs (or softballs) When legibility is a concern, always opt for clean and simple. Love....Jill
  20. Logo design for you to destroy

I like the script one, but might try a script with a bit of a backslant (like Bounce), the way a leftie sometimes writes. Love....Jill
