use a white (unprinted) margin, or let the print dry prior to cutting

cast material will hold it's shape better than calendared. Most manufacturers tell you to leave the print for at least 24hrs, but it really depends on the ink limits of the profile you are using. Heat and air flow can expedite the dry time. Good Luck!

Does anyone have real life experience with Summa's Durachrome Metallic Foil outdoor durability? The Ribbon Color Guide states upto 2yr for the matte and "indoor only" for the metallic. I just did a print with Mirror Silver, and I can't scratch it at all; the vinyl tore up before the foil failed...

What kind of substrate are you printing on?

You should be able to scale "cut-only" jobs, but if it is a print & cut job it should be 100%. Make sure the step size in your plotter driver (Cutting Master?) is the same as your plotter.

Also, if this is a roll-to-roll and the pinch wheel/grit roller is dirty, or the wheels are set to different pressure, the media may be skewing

If your graphtec is a flatbed, is your print layout larger than the cutting area of the flatbed? Do the dimensions of your marks match on both the digital file and the actual print? Did the media feed through the printer straight (are the side margins constant?) If those three variables are...

You can record these steps in an "Action" and then "File>Automate>CreateDroplet" Through Windows, you can drag entire folders onto the Droplet and the steps will be applied to each file.
