My HP has gone whacko, It is printing tiles the horizontal that should be vertical. I can't seem to fix it at all. The Rip I am running is Flexi basic I have restarted everything, reset the rip and run all diagnostics. I upload the file to the rip, orient it and set the dims.

Yes I tried setting my own profile with no light inks. No dice. I just swapped out the printhead. Even though the tests said it was firing fine (no broken lines) its the only thing at this point I have not tried.

Got any suggestions for a better profile? on 3MIj35c? or Radgraphx material?

The RIP is SAI Flexi photo basic. The profiles used so far have been 3M Ij35c and RadGraphx We tried correcting in photoshop, no dice....

I am mounting 1/2" Ultraboard (gator board) prints to a brick wall. The prints are no more than 36" x 24". Will VHB tape hold them to brick or should I use a cleat? I have the 3M VHB clear jelly like tape, 1/2"
