I have a graphtec FC7000-130. Works great, but when i need to cut reflective the lettering isn't cut clean and the cut path isn't closed. Its getting to a point that its making the font look different. Please Help!

on my Q100 every time before i send a file the setting shows F2 Speed 35 but when i send the file the speed changes to 50 so i manual use MENU ...CONDITION AND CHANGE THE SPEED BACK TO 35 ON F2 SETTINGS i like to have it permanently on F2 speed 35 can't figure it out thank you
