so ive printed some images with registration marks, and when i go to cut them out on the Graphtec it reads registration marks (i think correctly) but then cuts the plot to the side of the previously read image.... any thoughts as to why this is not cutting out the registered image itself? i...

Once a job is sent from Flexi to the plotter it feeds out all of the material and never cuts. It does not stop at the end of the material but rather spits it out. I have cleaned the sensors, checked connections, performed test cuts from the menu, and doe an overall cleaning. Any suggestions?
