Avery's website is not giving me much when looking for what to print then apply 6040 on, and I'm worried about slapping it on some Arlon or 3M and having to deal with the laminate peeling down the line. Does anyone have any suggestions that are long term? I'd like to get at least 4-5 years out...

I have a customer who wants 15"Tx8'W sign that will be suspended outdoors by the ends on two posts. Would 1/2" pvc sag over time or should it last? Is there a better choice of material? I will be eco-solvent printing onto adhesive vinyl and mounting to the preferred material.
