If you just ran the job on foam and it was fine, I'm inclined to think you have a bad board there. Do you have some old stock material laying around of the same type of sintra you can test on. The boards you're working on could be from the same lot or even the same sheet.
This canvas is junk. I have tried every profile in VW as well and creating my own profiles. Stuff prints horribly. I can't give prints away run on this stuff. I have actually turned away canvas work lately because I have not found a good substitute for Bulldog Canvas. that stuff was...
Laminators are great for long runs. I've recently just bought a 60" seal and it changed my life. The BS has been our laminator for about six years. It has been used for mounting, and laminating. I still use the BS when laminating or mounting a couple pieces. I find it to be easier...
I ALWAYS have a 2nd person pulling up the liner in front of me when using the BS. Have them pull straight up and use a 3-5" lead in front of where the laminate is hitting the substrate.
Definitely need more rollers. I run 150' rolls of cutting on my GX500 (54" cutter). The cutter has three pinch rollers. I'm thinking of adding two more because it can walk with three. That said. I successfully cut 150" rolls of printed stickers (printed on my soljet) often, so you are...

I will probably stick with the big squeegee on the small jobs and board mounting. Great tool for mounting boards. I'll use the Seal to laminate full rolls.
Good question. I have a big squeegee, which I have used for about five years. I've done everything from mounting graphics on boards, to vehicle wrap laminating with it.
My new seal laminator is being installed on Monday and I have no clue how to mount (proper registration) graphics onto...
Could a software problem.
Try installing the adobe illustrator or corel driver for the machine, and cut directly out one of these programs. This will allow you to work around cut studio and eliminate CS. If it's still doing it, at least you know there is a problem with the machine and not...
Those signs are awesome. I have seen them around up here. I admit it. I would probably lift one if I was still a punk teenager. Thankfully adulthood has slowed me down a bit.
Do the bubbles correspond with the cut marks in the roller? If so, I found a roller repair tutorial on youtube. You can fill the cracks with 100% silicone. I'm not sure how long the repair lasts, but worth a shot.
I had the exact same problem about a month ago on this material. The prints have a leather texture to it. I exchanged it for another roll. Same problem. After that roll, I have had no further issues with the "leather" prints.
buy an older ecosol machine if you want outdoor stuff. Print quality is solid on a 5500, but color durability is the worst. Substrate cost is very high as well.
