We need a service manual or PDF instructions to enable us to replace one of our print heads. It's a VersaCAMM SP300. Also a recommendation where to purchase the replacement head and damper would be appreciated.

I'm looking to purchase a new print head and can save $300-$400 buying it on ebay but I'm worried it won't work properly. Has anyone purchased a print head on ebay?
