I have a question that has me stumped. I created artwork in corel. Green lettering and then I placed a black outline around the lettering. I exported as a PDF and then put it into flexi to print. I could see the outline in flexi, but when it printed, the outline was not printing. Any ideas on...

So, the past week has been full of first for my entire family.
We closed up shop on Friday not really knowing what to expect. We live about 45 minutes from our shop (until my youngest graduates high school in a year). So, we couldn't check on our equipment. We watched our shop through the...

So, I'm printing window graphics for a customer on translucent. I would like to laminate it. The customer likes the effect of the graphic with a matte finish. I know what you are thinking. Why not get a matte laminate, Geneva?

So, can anyone tell me why it doesn't cut where it is supposed to?
I think it is a pinch roller issue? But I am not for sure. It only seems to be a problem cutting off like that on the right side but not when it's cutting on the left side.
Thanks in advance for any help!

About every 2 weeks to a month, I get an email requesting a bulk order of shirts. Usually 1000 to 1500 shirts.
I have a couple of questions regarding this email request:
1 - DOES ANYONE EVER FALL FOR THIS SCAM?!
2 - Do you have creative ways to laugh at them when you get these requests?
If...
I have a crazy elementary sign school question. I have a line going across the drum of my laminator. It it's indented it looks like I could rub it off. I attempted to wipe it with a white glove. But I really wanted to know if I can use a bit of alcohol or something to clean it off with.
Thanks!
My roland gx500 is pausing during cutting. Like it's a bit stuck. Any ideas what's causing it? It continues to cut. But my suspicion is that dirt is lodged in the rollers.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.
I have an old roland plotter that I bought used. Camm 1 Pro. GX500. I need to replace the pinch rollers. I have the new pinch rollers. I would like to get a couple of e clamps along with the e clamp tool to remove them with. Does anyone have any idea of where to get the e clamp wrench and the...
